Provides additional resources to local law enforcement in times of emergency or disaster. Local Resources must be committed first of no capability to handle the situation.

Provides coordinated response to major crimes issues, specifically focusing on drug problems.It is the mission of the MMCTF that the citizen’s of Marin shall live in a narcotic free community.

Marin Emergency Radio Authority
Our goal is to provide training for all users on the system through a Train-the-Trainer approach. MERA Instructors will provide system and interoperability training to dispatchers and line-users.

Marin Hazardous and Solid Waste JPA
It's our job to inform county residents and businesses of the many ways they can help reduce and recycle their solid waste and properly dispose of hazardous materials.

Administers franchises pursuant to its own ordinances and regulations for cable television and other telecommunications facilities which occupy the public-rights-of-way.

Richardson Bay Regional Agency is a Joint Powers Authority formed by the County of Marin and the cities of Sausalito, Tiburon, Mill Valley and Belvedere; we're dedicated to maintaining and improving the navigational waterways, open waters, and shoreline of Richardson Bay.
